Finding the lot

How it works

From an address to a number, without a site visit.

    Search the address

Type it in, like a map. Add a photo or two from your phone if the lot has trouble spots. That is all we need for the first number.

The lot is found and counted

Stalls, accessible stalls, fire lane feet and paved area are counted off the aerial at a known scale. Photos settle condition: faded lines, oil, cracks.

Itemized, dated and valid for the period printed on it, issued under the contractor's license number. Nobody drives out for it.

Six called. Five walked the lot. One sent a price.

Contractors are busy, a site visit costs them a morning, and the ones who show up often never send the number. Some now charge $99 to $250 just to look.

What one written quote covers

Switch on what your lot needs. It all lands on one quote.

Before you send it

Questions people ask first.

Does anyone come out?

Not for the first number. The count and the written quote come from the aerial and your photos. On large jobs the crew walks the lot once before work starts to confirm what the photos showed.

Is the written quote binding?

It is itemized, dated and valid for the period printed on it. If the lot differs from the photos in a way that changes the work, you get a revised written quote before anything is done.

Who does the work?

A licensed striping and sealcoating contractor. The quote and contract are issued under their license number and they take payment. Price My Lot handles the count and the paperwork.

Can the lot stay open?

Yes. Striping runs at night or in sections so tenants keep their parking. Sealcoat needs cure time and is scheduled around your traffic.
